About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with IT teams to design, test and implement QA strategies to support device setup, application installs and system updates.
- Mentor team members, providing technical guidance and establishing best practices to ensure smooth operations and legendary service.
- Own root cause analysis, using data to develop reports and deliver recommendations that resolve complex issues and drive desktop improvements.
- Partner with IT Security teams to review processes and ensure they meet security standards and business requirements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- 5+ years in Software Design / Architecture with hands-on development experience.
- Proficient with Windows, MacOS and IT management tools, including Intune, Jamf and MECM.
