About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage Uline’s benefits programs, including health, retirement and wellness offerings.
- Partner with leadership and vendors to evaluate plans and keep offerings competitive.
- Own the annual benefits cycle, ensuring an excellent experience from renewals through open enrollment.
- Oversee leave of absence and workers’ compensation programs for consistent, compliant administration.
- Work with our in-house Creative team to simplify complex benefits information into clear, engaging employee communications.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance and HRIS teams on accurate, seamless administration.
- Ensure compliance with regulations while supporting reporting, audits and program integrity.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or a related field.
- 10+ years of benefits administration or HR management experience, with 3+ years leading or mentoring others.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems.
- Workday a plus.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred.
