About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee daily operations of corporate buildings, ensuring a clean, safe and well-maintained environment.
- Lead and develop Facilities teams, including Dock Services, Mail Services and Facilities Assistants and Attendants.
- Partner with Facilities leadership to hire, develop and retain a high-performing team.
- Manage vendor relationships, event set ups and facilities projects as needed.
- Inspect facilities regularly, quickly addressing issues to maintain high standards.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of facility operations or management experience.
- Strong organizational, time management and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Occasional travel to Uline’s North American locations.
