About the role

  • Review data and analyze performance metrics to identify trends for our Operations, Customer Service, Warehouse and Sales teams.
  • Prepare concise, data-driven memos with actionable business insights and recommendations.
  • Own and manage Power BI reporting used across the business.
  • Partner across internal teams to support leadership requests and recommend improvement strategies to streamline operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in SQL and Power BI and Power Automate preferred.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) - 100% in both verbal and written forms.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills and with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience in data analytics or supply chain is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
