About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review data and analyze performance metrics to identify trends for our Operations, Customer Service, Warehouse and Sales teams.
- Prepare concise, data-driven memos with actionable business insights and recommendations.
- Own and manage Power BI reporting used across the business.
- Partner across internal teams to support leadership requests and recommend improvement strategies to streamline operations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in SQL and Power BI and Power Automate preferred.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - 100% in both verbal and written forms.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills and with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in data analytics or supply chain is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
