About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Diagnose business challenges by identifying trends and performing root cause analysis to understand what’s really happening behind the data.
- Synthesize findings into concise written summaries that explain the “so what,” recommended actions and expected impact.
- Collaborate across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain teams to design analyses that inform business decisions.
- Contribute to high-visibility initiatives that influence company strategy, customer experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree.
- MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in an analytical or business insights role.
- Strong communicator able to present data-driven narratives to executives.
- Proficient in SQL and Excel with the demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis.
