About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform full-cycle recruiting and execute sourcing strategies for Uline’s corporate internships and early-career positions.
  • Manage our 12-week corporate summer internship program to ensure a best-in-class experience for 50+ interns.
  • Build strategic relationships with universities and other organizations to strengthen Uline’s brand, presence and talent pipeline.
  • Plan and represent Uline at university interview days, career fairs, student organization presentations and other campus events.
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to identify talent needs, job duties, qualifications and skills.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources (HR), business or a related field.
  • 3+ years of HR experience.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Travel to job fairs, recruitment events and Uline’s North American locations as needed.
