Key responsibilities & impact

Perform full-cycle recruiting and execute sourcing strategies for Uline’s corporate internships and early-career positions.
Manage our 12-week corporate summer internship program to ensure a best-in-class experience for 50+ interns.
Build strategic relationships with universities and other organizations to strengthen Uline’s brand, presence and talent pipeline.
Plan and represent Uline at university interview days, career fairs, student organization presentations and other campus events.
Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to identify talent needs, job duties, qualifications and skills.

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in human resources (HR), business or a related field.
3+ years of HR experience.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Travel to job fairs, recruitment events and Uline’s North American locations as needed.
