About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead coordination and execution of Marketing plans across multiple channels to attract new and existing customers.
- Manage workload and performance for a team of Marketing Associates, supporting projects to ensure that deadlines and budget requirements are met.
- Collaborate with internal departments on Marketing projects to uphold Uline’s brand and style guidelines.
- Analyze campaign data and competitor trends to provide recommendations that improve performance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing.
- 6+ years of experience developing email or direct marketing strategies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic priorities in a fast-paced environment.
