About the role
- Use your analytical expertise to translate business needs into creative solutions.
- Lead solution design, collaborating with IT teams to streamline business process and systems.
- Partner with stakeholders and IT colleagues to understand business needs and develop technical solutions for complex projects.
- Lead the production of timely and quality products, including specifications, process flows, mock-ups and wireframes.
- Collaborate with a team of Solution Analysts, providing technical guidance to ensure strong performance.
- Review and document business processes, underlying systems, and applications to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 7+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role.
- Experience with Finance / Accounts Receivable modernization projects a plus.
