About the role
- Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs based on business and operational demands.
- Manage position creation, updates and maintenance in Workday to ensure alignment with workforce plans.
- Conduct labor market analysis to identify talent and industry trends.
- Analyze hiring data and workforce planning to identify hiring gaps and future staffing needs.
- Develop reports that translate workforce data into actionable insights and present recommendations to leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years in a Workforce Planning (WFM), HR Analyst or HR Business Partner role.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
- Workday and Adaptive Insights experience.
