About the role
- Direct daily Credit, Collections and Cash Application operations, ensuring strong performance and high-quality customer service.
- Collaborate with internal departments and leadership to shape strategy and drive process improvements.
- Develop and implement credit procedures to maximize cash flow and reduce financial risk.
- Monitor internal audits to assess workflows and individual performance, identifying coaching opportunities.
- Mentor and onboard new team members, reinforcing a positive company culture and efficient operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
- 10+ years of relevant work experience with 7+ years of proven leadership experience.
- Previous experience with a U.S. owned company preferred.
