About the role
- Conduct user research for business projects, including writing test plans, creating deliverables and presenting insights.
- Use data and findings to promote customer-focused design decisions.
- Assist design workshop facilitation, stakeholder interviews and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to execute UX projects.
Requirements
- This full-time, 12-week internship is open to Junior-status college students only.
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology, human factors, UX design / research or a related field.
- Portfolio exhibiting UX Design / Research experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
