About the role
- Support and administer enterprise applications, including Robotic Process Automation, NiCE Workforce Management and OpenText Exstream.
- Build integrations and automate workflows using modern scripting tools like PowerShell, Ansible and JavaScript.
- Partner with business teams to understand their needs and deliver solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
- Stay current on emerging technologies and best practices to continuously improve systems and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in information technology, computer science or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience with scripting, troubleshooting and automation.
- Experience with NiCE and OpenText is a plus.
