About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The Business Development Executive (BDE) is a strategic revenue-driver focused on high-potential growth with Orthodontic and General Dental practices.
  • Responsible for lead management, identification and qualification as well as strategic recovery of “down” or “lost” accounts.
  • Utilize industry knowledge and consultative sales techniques to target growth potential from new, down, and lost accounts.
  • Help develop a consistent pipeline of new leads while proactively revitalizing inactive or decreased relationships to maximize revenue opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 2 years of inside sales and business development experience.
  • Dental, orthodontic, or related medical device sales experience preferred.
  • Experience utilizing CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Experience using virtual meeting tools and sales engagement technologies.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, manage pipelines, and close opportunities remotely.
  • Occasional travel for team meetings, training events or tradeshows.
