About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide functional and operational support of technology software and systems.
- Serve as the primary resource for day-to-day administration of the CRM platform.
- Continuously monitor, clean, and validate data to maintain high standards of data quality.
- Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve system and data related issues.
- Deliver end-user support, training and guidance.
- Promote best practices related to data management, reporting, and CRM utilization.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports by integrating data from multiple sources.
- Partner with vendors and service providers, ensuring effective communication, service delivery and contract compliance.
- Support end-to-end projects, execute activities across the project lifecycle and ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Apply solutions and implement proactive strategies to address complex, undefined and ambiguous challenges.
- Collaborate within the team to ensure team-level goal achievement and enable successful adoption and integration of technology solutions.
- Support and facilitate internal and external meetings.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 1 year related work experience.
- Experience supporting CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Salesforce Certified Admin Certification (ADM 201) preferred.
