About the role

  • Take full end-to-end Product Ownership for our U app across one of our platforms.
  • Fluid in writing user stories with acceptance criteria meeting the definition of done within the scrum team.
  • To be comfortable in running refinement sessions with the scrum team ensuring tickets are ready to be prioritized for upcoming sprints.
  • Having a good understand of UI/X and putting the customer’s needs at the forefront of every decision.
  • Actively participate and support, as a Product Owner, all agile ceremonies ensuring a shared understanding of the Product ask across each member of the team.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure each build is ready for user release, meetings ACs and passing UAT.
  • Working closely with the Head of Digital Products and the Product Owner team to deliver and track against the U app roadmap.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
  • Proven experience working and delivering digital product features to market.
  • Experience delivering to web platforms with mobile and CTV delivery experience a bonus.
  • Experience working in agile environments with scrum teams.
  • An obsession with understanding customers’ needs and pain points and striving to deliver better product experience.
  • An innate want to take ownership and responsibility that comes with product ownership.

  • **Knowledge**
  • - Strong understanding of Agile delivery and Scrum product lifecycle.
  • - Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence and flow mapping tools.
  • - Knowledge of AVOD and SVOD services is a plus.
