About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assess, analyze and evaluate real estate assets in the market
- Contact individuals interested in buying or selling assets
- Intermediate real estate transactions between parties
- Develop strategies to increase the Ukio portfolio of available assets and connect them with interested parties
- Collaborate with internal Ukio team or external contributors in order to maximize Ukio's rentability on intermediation deals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Motivation and interest in real estate, leasing or brokerage
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort working in fast-paced startup environments
