About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Target and sign companies based or with HQs in Madrid, building a robust pipeline of corporate clients needing premium corporate housing and relocation services.
- Own every stage of the B2B sales funnel—leveraging HubSpot CRM to track leads, manage a 3-to-6 month sales cycle, and turn cold prospects into recurring partners.
- Pitch and negotiate contracts directly with C-level executives, Chief People Officers (CPOs), Global Mobility Managers, and Procurement/Finance directors.
- Your initial success will be measured by high-energy pipeline generation, active discovery meetings, and successfully securing the crucial first corporate booking from new accounts.
- Partner with our Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure our properties and services align seamlessly with top-tier corporate expectations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales within fast-paced digital, tech, or startup environments.
- Full fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory.
- Deep understanding of B2B sales methodologies, a metrics-driven mindset, and proficiency with HubSpot CRM (or similar) to manage pipelines effectively.
- You thrive in an "unopened territory" environment.
- Natural ability to navigate complex organizational structures and speak the language of corporate decision-makers (HR, Finance, Mobility).
- Previous experience in the Hospitality sector, corporate housing, or an existing network within the Relocation / Global Mobility industry is a massive plus.
