About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support and lead the sales team with day-to-day strategic tasks.
  • Responsible for the full B2B sales cycle, from lead generation and reception to closing complex deals.
  • Converting corporate leads and business inquiries into long-term accounts.
  • Managing high-level negotiations with prospective companies and stakeholders.
  • Respond to corporate inquiries related to new and existing business accounts.
  • Understand the complex needs of our potential B2B partners and provide them with the best tailor-made solutions.
  • Provide personalised, high-touch support to our corporate clients throughout the booking and onboarding process.
  • Maintain clear, transparent, and professional communication with clients and potential business partners.
  • Draft complex rental agreements and corporate service contracts.
  • Provide administrative leadership and support to the whole Demand team.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have extensive experience in the hospitality or real estate industry, specifically dealing with corporate accounts.
  • Proven experience managing high-level business communications and B2B relations.
  • Native or C1 English level and Native or C1 Spanish level.
  • Flexible, resilient, and content with ambiguity and changes in a fast-paced market.
  • Confident with working in and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable performing and scaling processes in a start-up environment.
