About the role

  • Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners, and negotiate deals and contracts.
  • Set and communicate sales targets, quotas, and KPIs to the team, and ensure they are met or exceeded.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs, and identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
  • Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards, and provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations,to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience leading a B2B sales team in the digital industry.
  • Knowledge of the real estate sector will be valued.
  • Existing network in the relocation industry would be a great asset
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have a fluent level of Spanish and English.
  • Proficient in the use of Hubspot is a plus
  • Flexible, resilient and happy with ambiguity and changes
  • Confident to work in cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable working in a start-up environment
