About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support research and organization of international tourism products (itineraries, tours, tickets and services)
Assist with the registration, updating and maintenance of the product portfolio in systems
Support relationships with international suppliers (hotels, local ground operators, parks and service providers)
Provide support in price analysis, commercial terms and product competitiveness
Assist the Product team in monitoring market trends and customer demand
Support Sales and Marketing teams with product information, differentiators and supporting materials
Track operational and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement of the portfolio
Organize information, spreadsheets and controls for the Product area.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience or background in tourism, tourism products or operations (assistant, junior analyst or similar)
Advanced English (required) – reading, writing and communication with international suppliers
Interest in and familiarity with international tourism products (parks, attractions, itineraries)
Organized, detail-oriented and strong execution skills
Good written and verbal communication
Knowledge of reservation systems and tourism platforms
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, controls and administrative routines of the area.
