About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the implementation of leadership engagement initiatives across UJA
  • Conduct research to identify volunteer leadership opportunities
  • Triage leadership referrals and coordinate follow-ups
  • Monitor volunteer engagement activity and assist in preparing reports
  • Administer LEAD's Salesforce processes and workflows
  • Assist with the operational delivery of leadership engagement programs
  • Provide project management support for departmental initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Post secondary degree or equivalent education and experience
  • Five or more years of relevant experience in project coordination, program management, or volunteer engagement
  • Experience working with Salesforce or another CRM platform
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the Toronto Jewish community and the nonprofit sector is considered an asset.
