• Develop and execute a robust, multi-channel direct marketing strategy designed to achieve ambitious growth targets for revenue and donor acquisition over the next three years.
• Lead and manage campaigns across direct mail, email, telefundraising, and digital platforms, integrating data insights, creative storytelling, and segmentation to drive performance.
• Accountable for delivering a bold 25% increase in new donor acquisitions and a 15% uplift in returning donors through targeted, data-driven fundraising tactics during the 2026 Campaign season.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Fundraising, Marketing, Mobilization, and others) to align messaging, timing, and strategy across channels.
• Leverage data and analytics through Salesforce CRM to identify priority segments, optimize campaigns, and report on results and trends.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze campaign outcomes, and make recommendations for continuous improvement in ROI, response rates, and donor retention.
• Manage peer-to-peer and special fundraising initiatives, applying direct marketing best practices to engage new and diverse audiences. (Annual Walk with Israel, 8 Nights of Giving, and Global Seder)
• Develop segmentation and data strategies to personalize outreach and build stronger relationships with donors.
• Champion innovation, testing new tools, tactics, and ideas to enhance engagement and revenue generation.
