About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Articulate and evangelize the UiPath Platform and Agentic vision, roadmap, and services to partners to accelerate revenue growth
  • Work with Commercial & Acquisition Field Sales leadership to develop a coordinated go-to-market strategy
  • Develop a Strategic Partner ecosystem to jointly transform customer businesses through UiPath automation software adoption
  • Build processes to develop partners’ marketing, sales, and delivery capabilities around UiPath
  • Train and enable strategic partners based on unique personas to execute sales campaigns as an extension of UiPath
  • Manage the quarterly sales funnel from opportunity development through deal closure and partner service delivery
  • Quantitatively manage Strategic Partner Business through SFDC reporting
  • Handle partner and customer conflicts internally and externally
  • Share professional methodologies, sales techniques, and account/partner management practices with channel peers and sales teams
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Sales Leadership across the Americas partner organization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years of Partner Management/Director Level leadership experience
  • Successful track record of rapidly growing a go-to-market channel organization
  • Experience building a culture of teamwork, creativity, and partnership
  • Demonstrated success in partner strategic planning, owning sales targets, and managing sales forecasting
  • Strong business acumen and experience in a high-growth, fast-paced startup company
  • Superb business development and negotiation skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to develop and lead business partner plans and align with Commercial & Acquisition field Account Executives
  • Experience developing partner management methodology covering recruitment, business planning, marketing planning, and partner skill development
  • Ability to lead partner growth initiatives and scale the business with field sales
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects with varying timelines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust and influence across the organization
  • Broad leadership experience across multiple areas of the partner ecosystem
  • High trustworthiness and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Willingness/ability to travel up to 50%
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
