About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of enterprise and commercial customer accounts, ensuring accurate forecasting and high on-time renewal rates
  • Retain and grow subscription revenue by identifying renewal risks, resolving commercial blockers, and positioning UiPath packaging, pricing, and platform expansion opportunities
  • Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to build renewal plans 90–180 days ahead of expiration
  • Manage renewal quotes, proposals, order forms, contract terms, procurement discussions, and internal approvals
  • Analyze renewals up to eight quarters in advance to identify revenue trends, churn risks, timing considerations, and expansion opportunities
  • Identify expansion opportunities across automation, orchestration, AI/agentic automation, document processing, process intelligence, testing, and cloud deployment
  • Support customer migrations from legacy packaging or licensing models to current UiPath offerings
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce records, renewal forecasts, pipeline updates, next steps, and risk status
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Channel/Distribution, Solution Engineering, Finance, Deal Desk, and Legal
  • Act as a trusted commercial advisor by connecting business outcomes, usage, adoption signals, and renewal decisions
  • Meet or exceed renewal, retention, expansion, and forecast accuracy targets

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in renewals, account management, customer success, sales, revenue operations, or commercial account ownership in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
  • 2+ years managing enterprise or strategic customer renewals
  • Strong understanding of SaaS renewal motions, ARR, GRR/NRR, churn risk, expansion pipeline, procurement cycles, and contract negotiation
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume renewal portfolio with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable negotiating with procurement, legal, sourcing, and business stakeholders
  • Strong executive communication skills and ability to translate technical platform value into business impact
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Familiarity with UiPath, RPA, enterprise automation, AI automation, or workflow orchestration strongly preferred
  • Self-directed and commercially curious, with ability to work across multiple internal teams to drive deadlines and outcomes
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States
