About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a strategic advisor to prospects, customers, and the UiPath salesforce.
- Uncover the value that Automation and AI can bring to existing business processes, and help design new, more efficient processes using UiPath platform capabilities.
- Help secure the technical win and identify high-value uses of our technology across retail and manufacturing organizations.
- Collaborate with and orchestrate the right resources throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Evangelize the value that Automation brings to businesses by combining a digital workforce with the exponential power of AI/ML capabilities.
- Be a thought leader on the best ways to advance the UiPath platform, develop marketplace offerings, and create industry-specific solution accelerators for Retail and Manufacturing.
- Understand key Retail and Manufacturing challenges, industry headwinds, and the opportunities they create for businesses.
- Partner with the sales team to define account strategy, expand our solution footprint with customers, and identify desired business outcomes.
- Build and deliver industry-specific demos and proof of value engagements for Retail and Manufacturing prospects and customers.
- Conduct process discovery sessions to understand how work gets done today, build a backlog of potential automation opportunities, and quantify the value that can be unlocked.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to channel customer feedback and continually refine UiPath offerings.
- Share lessons learned and best practices with other members of the UiPath GTM team.
- Provide a feedback loop into our product teams to support continual innovation and improved customer satisfaction.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Industry domain knowledge in Retail, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Store Operations, Merchandising, Procurement, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain Operations, or related verticals.
- Understanding of common Retail and Manufacturing business processes, such as order management, inventory management, demand planning, procure-to-pay, invoice processing, production planning, quality management, customer support, workforce operations, and back-office automation.
- An understanding of technical landscapes and the ability to architect complex solutions.
- Demonstrated experience simplifying and communicating complex concepts to both technical and business audiences.
- Knowledge and understanding of Lean Principles, Continuous Process Improvement methodologies, and operational excellence practices.
- Ability to empathize with co-workers and customers.
- Curiosity to learn and master your craft.
- Coachable and willing to adapt in a changing environment.
- Experience working with Fortune 100 enterprises and solving business problems with technology.
- A background in consulting, sales engineering, industry solutions, operations transformation, or running automation programs.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for this role.
