About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design the next generation of AI-forward workflow and automation tools
  • Define and drive design strategy for products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the global design team
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Advocate for user-centered designs, ensuring user needs and feedback are at the forefront of decisions.
  • Elevate the visual design of the products you support
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and execute design solutions that meet project requirements and timelines
  • Ensure the highest standards of design quality and consistency across all products and platforms, from conceptualization to final delivery
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in design
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of product design experience required
  • Bachelor's degree in product design, communication design, or equivalent
  • Experience designing with AI tools like Claude Code or Codex
  • Highly proficient in Figma
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to engage successfully with many different stakeholders and product leaders
  • Solid understanding of cross platform design systems and technical frameworks
  • Project management skills to prioritize design needs and ensure successful project completion
  • Experience in business automation or enterprise software is a plus, but not a requirement.
