About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- UiPath is seeking a driven and consultative Account Executive to accelerate growth across Private Equity portfolio companies.
- This role is responsible for acquiring net-new customers while expanding strategic relationships within a select group of existing portfolio company accounts aligned to key Private Equity firms.
- The Account Executive will partner closely with the existing Private Equity Coverage Lead, who manages relationships at the PE firm level.
- Together, the team will identify, prioritize, and execute opportunities across portfolio companies where automation, AI, and agentic orchestration can drive operational efficiency, EBITDA improvement, and digital transformation outcomes.
- Manage and grow a targeted set of existing portfolio company accounts.
- Identify opportunities to expand UiPath platform adoption across automation, AI, agentic workflows, and process orchestration.
- Collaborate closely with the dedicated Private Equity relationship owner to coordinate engagement strategies across portfolio companies.
- Support portfolio-wide initiatives and executive briefings tied to PE operating partners and transformation leaders.
- Partner with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, Value Engineering, Marketing, and Partner teams to drive successful outcomes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a proven record of quota attainment.
- Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise organizations.
- Demonstrated success in net-new logo acquisition and complex solution selling.
- Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles and executive-level conversations.
- Strong business acumen and consultative selling skills.
- Experience selling automation, AI, SaaS, infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise platform solutions.
- Experience working alongside overlay or strategic account teams.
- Knowledge of operational transformation, shared services, finance operations, or IT modernization initiatives.
- Hunter mentality with strong pipeline creation capabilities
