About the role
- Design, build, and maintain automated Power BI dashboards for Marketing and GTM teams.
- Partner with marketing stakeholders to interpret KPIs related to marketing performance, funnel health, campaign impact, and pipeline contribution.
- Develop scalable reporting frameworks to unify fragmented data and support self‑service analytics.
- Ensure dashboards are intuitive, accurate, high‑performing, and aligned to consistent KPI definitions.
- Collaborate with data engineers on data ingestion, transformation, and pipeline maintenance.
- Troubleshoot data quality issues and logic discrepancies across marketing source systems.
- Build strong business context around metrics to improve measurement frameworks and reporting approaches.
- Investigate data anomalies and support ad hoc insight requests using SQL and exploratory analytics.
- Act as a day‑to‑day resource helping stakeholders understand dashboards, KPIs, and data logic.
- Triage and scope BI-related requests, translating business questions into clear technical requirements.
- Support cross‑functional efforts involving KPI alignment, data quality improvements, system migrations, or reporting updates.
- Provide documentation, training, and enablement to boost data literacy and adoption across marketing teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Power BI in a business environment.
- Proficiency with Power Query and DAX to model data and define business metrics.
- Ability to design intuitive dashboards optimized for business consumption.
- Experience integrating Power BI with various data sources (SQL, Azure, Excel, Salesforce, etc.)
- Strong working knowledge of SQL, with ability to write complex queries and optimize performance.
- Experience with marketing systems such as Salesforce, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Marketo.
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Trello, etc. to develop and manage full project plans from inception through delivery and closeout.
- Familiarity with marketing funnel metrics, campaign performance measurement, and pipeline reporting.
- Strong analytical reasoning, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Collaborative and service-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English.
