  • B2B Greenfield: You open entirely new markets for our intelligent control systems (PowerNode) beyond public administration—in industrial parks, campus networks, or logistics hubs. You build this segment autonomously as your own "startup within the company".
  • Smart Hunting: You don’t wait for leads. You use modern tools (AI, sales intelligence) to identify decision-makers and create demand before it becomes obvious.
  • From Project to Partner: You transform the business from pure installation to long-term service models (ARR), securing sustainable company value.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • The Hybrid Pro: You speak the language of public administration (B2G) fluently, but can also calculate and present ROI to an international B2B customer in English on the next call.
  • Procurement IQ: You understand public procurement mechanisms. You know how to use legitimate procurement instruments intelligently to drastically simplify complex processes for the customer and accelerate projects.
  • Tech-Fluent: You don’t have to be an engineer, but you must be able to convincingly communicate the strategic importance of IoT, connectivity, and data sovereignty.
  • Languages: German at executive/C-level proficiency and business-fluent English are non-negotiable for our international orientation.
  • Mindset: You seek autonomy. We give you the goal; you build the path.
