About the role

  • Support CFO Services engagements by assisting organizations in strengthening their financial reporting, management reporting, and finance function effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the preparation and analysis of financial information used for statutory and management reporting purposes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
  • Assist clients with month-end and year-end reporting processes, including reconciliations, analysis of financial data, and preparation of reporting packages.
  • Participate in projects related to finance transformation, reporting optimization, and improvement of financial processes and internal controls.
  • Support the preparation of management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Work closely with client finance teams and internal project teams to gather data, understand reporting structures, and deliver high-quality advisory services.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality, and operational efficiency within the finance function.
  • Stay up to date with developments in financial reporting frameworks and best practices within the finance and advisory environment.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in Financial Reporting, Financial Advisory, Transaction Services, Consulting, or related finance roles.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline will be considered an asset.
  • Professional Certification: Progress toward a professional qualification such as ACCA or an equivalent certification will be considered a strong asset.
  • Technical Skills: Strong financial analysis and reporting capabilities with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Familiarity with financial reporting frameworks (e.g., IFRS) will be considered an advantage.
  • Project & Client Delivery: Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced and client-focused environment.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken, is essential for client and internal communications.
