About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support structuring, analysis, and execution of financing for the Company’s renewable energy assets
Focus on financial modeling, capital structure analysis, diligence coordination, and transaction execution
Evaluate capital requirements and maintain detailed financial models
Support capital markets engagement
Assist in managing transactions from diligence through closing
Work closely with senior leadership and execution teams
Prepare marketing materials, CIMs, and lender/investor presentations
Manage due diligence processes, financial data requests, and investor/lender communications
Coordinate with legal counsel and third-party advisors

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or closely related field
2–4 years of experience in investment banking, project finance, private equity, infrastructure finance, or related financial field
Strong financial modeling skills
Knowledge of debt structures, tax equity financing, and capital markets transactions
Highly detail-oriented with a strong execution mindset
Comfortable managing multiple active transactions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong analytical and quantitative abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn
Collaborative, humble, and accountable team player
