About the role
- Contribute to the development, maintenance, and delivery of compliance-related applications
- Train customer personnel on compliance services and products
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex problems
- Review customer policies and advise clients on how to better meet regulatory compliance standards
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in compliance-related applications and services
- Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Recent (within the last 5 years) experience at a financial institution (bank and/or credit union) is a plus
