About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute financial data reconciliations across systems and reports
Investigate data discrepancies and support timely resolution
Validate data used in close, regulatory, statutory, and management reporting
Assist with preparation and validation of financial reports
Support Finance stakeholders by ensuring data availability and consistency
Maintain documentation related to data sources and reconciliations
Support SOX and audit activities by preparing data evidence and documentation
Identify recurring data issues and recommend improvements
Support automation and standardization initiatives as directed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
2-5 years of experience in financial systems or ERP support
Experience with Reporting tools & workflows a plus (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx)
Basic understanding of financial systems
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong attention to detail.
