About the role

  • Support the configuration, testing, deployment, and management of enterprise SaaS and on-premises applications.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues with existing systems and application integrations.
  • Perform routine system maintenance, patches, and updates.
  • Partner with the IT Operations team to ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and automate application-related workflows.
  • Create and maintain documentation, usage standards, and technical guidelines.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to process improvement efforts.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to enhance user adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in software development, application engineering, systems implementation, or related technology roles.
  • Hands-on experience supporting and deploying SaaS platforms such as Confluence, JSM, Jira, ImageRight, Concur or similar enterprise tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with insurance industry workflows (e.g., policy management, claims processing, underwriting) is a plus.
