About the role
- Review, prioritize, and manage website edit requests from small business clients
- Communicate directly with customers via email and phone to clarify requirements, manage expectations, and resolve complex situations
- Execute design and content edits when required, ensuring websites remain functional and visually appealing
- Handle complex or sensitive cases with professionalism
- Provide guidance to customers on using UENI’s platform and tools
- Support the internal team by becoming an expert in our platform
Requirements
- Strong experience in graphic and web design (Wix, WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS)
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Customer-first mindset with empathy and professionalism
