About the role

  • Review, prioritize, and manage website edit requests from small business clients
  • Communicate directly with customers via email and phone to clarify requirements, manage expectations, and resolve complex situations
  • Execute design and content edits when required, ensuring websites remain functional and visually appealing
  • Handle complex or sensitive cases with professionalism
  • Provide guidance to customers on using UENI’s platform and tools
  • Support the internal team by becoming an expert in our platform

Requirements

  • Strong experience in graphic and web design (Wix, WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS)
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Customer-first mindset with empathy and professionalism
