About the role
- Serve as a learning consultant connecting business needs with Udemy’s learning ecosystem
- Lead delivery of development solutions that drive individual growth and organizational success across global teams
- Conduct learning needs assessments by partnering with functional leaders, teams and people partners to identify skill gaps
- Create tailored learning solutions leveraging the Learning team’s portfolio, Udemy’s course library, platform capabilities, skill taxonomies and templates
- Provide global programmatic support, coordinating initiatives to maintain consistency across regions while adapting locally
- Design measurement into solutions from the start and track metrics tied to business strategy; measure skills uplift with L&OD
- Coordinate and oversee multiple related projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Facilitate virtual and in-person learning experiences and engage learners
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in learning and development, organizational development or related consulting roles
- Demonstrated experience in conducting needs analyses and translating business requirements into learning solutions
- Familiarity with online learning platforms and content curation (Udemy experience preferred)
- Understanding of adult learning principles and learning experience design
- Ability to design skills-uplift solutions and measure impact quickly
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to work across different functions and organizational levels
- Experience supporting global or multi-regional learning initiatives
- Cross-functional collaboration, program management, facilitation, and critical thinking skills
- Willingness/ability to work in-office three days a week (Tuesday–Thursday) in Dublin, Ireland
