About the role

  • Own and lead complex, cross-functional programs from inception through delivery, managing scope, schedules, risks, and stakeholder alignment
  • Partner closely with lead TPMs and senior leaders across Product, Engineering, and Design to translate strategy into executable roadmaps and ensure prioritization and capacity alignment
  • Facilitate technical discovery and scoping processes to clarify goals, assess feasibility, and enable informed trade-offs
  • Identify and manage interdependencies across multiple workstreams, proactively remove blockers, and enable seamless execution
  • Evolve program delivery frameworks, tools, and rituals to improve team effectiveness and consistency at scale
  • Champion operational excellence by refining workflows, automating reporting, and supporting metrics-driven decision-making
  • Communicate clearly and effectively at all levels of the organization, adapting style for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Collaborate with other TPMs to align shared practices, scale cross-functional processes, and lead portfolio-level initiatives

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience (or equivalent) as a Technical Program Manager or similar role in a fast-paced, product-driven environment
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering complex, multi-team initiatives with high strategic value
  • Deep experience working with engineering and product teams
  • Prior experience working with design teams and understanding creative workflows (strong asset)
  • Strong fluency with technical concepts and systems thinking
  • Expertise with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and ability to configure workflows and dashboards
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Bias for action and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to operate at multiple altitudes (strategic planning to executional details)
  • Comfort working across a broad portfolio of initiatives, even outside domain expertise
  • Nice to have: experience contributing to organizational-level practices, exposure to user-facing product development, familiarity scaling teams and processes in high-growth environments
