About the role

  • Serve as the Product Line Owner for Growth & Retention across Udemy Business, responsible for key business metrics (ARR, NDRR, adoption, and engagement)
  • Develop and execute product strategies that drive net new growth, upsell, and retention within a global B2B environment
  • Own packaging and pricing strategy in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Finance, using segmentation and market insights
  • Partner with research teams and customers to inform and validate product strategy
  • Use data, experiments, and customer feedback to define and iterate on initiatives that accelerate adoption and deliver measurable ROI
  • Partner with design, user research, engineering, and GTM teams to deliver exceptional enterprise customer experiences
  • Drive global product launches and enhance enterprise readiness for multinational organizations
  • Serve as a thought partner to executive stakeholders, delivering recommendations, dashboards, and business cases to support investment decisions
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a team of product managers and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture
  • Influence cross-functional teams and establish alignment to ensure execution of growth and retention strategies at scale
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies (including AI and automation) and propose ways to leverage innovation for business impact

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS organizations
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role managing product teams
  • Proven success developing and executing growth and retention strategies with demonstrable impact on ARR and NDRR
  • Expertise in packaging, pricing, customer segmentation, and lifecycle management for enterprise software
  • Highly data-driven with ability to turn insights into action and run experimentation at scale
  • Strong facilitator and influencer; ability to present to executive audiences
  • Experience working with global or multi-region products and launching/scaling in diverse markets
  • Passion for developing people and building a healthy, high-performing culture
  • Familiarity with AI and its application in enterprise/SaaS contexts
  • Experience with learning, HR tech, or workforce transformation technology preferred
  • Excellent organizational, strategic thinking, and communication skills
  • Ability to flex working hours on a part time basis to achieve partial overlap with US stakeholders
