About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct comprehensive ADHD and anxiety assessments and intake evaluations for new patients and families
  • Provide personalized treatment recommendations, including referrals to community providers when appropriate
  • Lead group therapy sessions for caregivers of children with ADHD, anxiety, and co-occurring conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, integrated care
  • Contribute to program development, evaluation, and research initiatives based on interests and organizational needs
  • Shape the care model and improve workflows supporting high-quality, sustainable care
  • Provide clinical services including ADHD and anxiety assessments and lead parenting groups such as Parent Training in Behavior Management (BPT) and Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotion (SPACE)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Licensed Psychologist (PsyD/PhD)
  • Currently licensed in California
  • Open to getting licensed in other states
  • Experience working in integrated care settings
  • Experience using evidence-based approaches, especially for pediatric ADHD and anxiety
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn virtual-care tools quickly
  • Able to work from a private, secure location with strong internet
  • Open to working at least 2 hours per week during peak times (6:00–8:00 pm PT and/or Saturday)
  • Spanish proficiency is nice to have
  • Licensure in additional states is nice to have
