Therapist Growth Consultant – LMFT, LCSW, LPCC
UCSF PediatricsTherapist supporting the launch of behavioral health services in Arizona for payer enrollment and credentialing activities. Flexible 1099 consultant role with potential for clinical service opportunities.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with payer enrollment, credentialing, and clinical readiness activities
- Participate in commercial and Medicaid payer enrollment processes
- Complete and maintain CAQH and credentialing documentation
- Review and sign provider enrollment applications and related attestations
- Participate in occasional meetings related to network expansion and market launch
- Participate in 1-2 user research interviews to understand the AZ landscape - provider attitudes, patient attitudes towards care
- Help identify local key opinion leaders in the pediatric space and facilitate introductions where appropriate
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active, unrestricted Arizona license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist
- Eligible for credentialing with commercial and government payers
- Experience delivering behavioral health services in outpatient or telehealth settings preferred
- Strong organizational skills and timely completion of credentialing requirements
- Interest in supporting innovative, technology-enabled care delivery models
- Active Arizona Medicaid enrollment preferred
- Arizona state residency required
