Key responsibilities & impact

Own product-led growth at Clarity end-to-end: research, ideation, build, ship, and measure.
Own the surfaces that drive top-of-funnel acquisition without sales or marketing dependency.
Report to our Head of Product, collaborate with clinical, operations, sales, and engineering.
Focus on provider referrals and make Clarity undeniably useful to referring pediatricians.
Hands-on builder behind integrations and partner-facing surfaces that turn exploratory conversations into real launches.

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years shipping product end-to-end.
Strong engineer who has owned product decisions, or a product leader who writes their own code.
Bias to ship and learn.
Owns the metric, not the output.
Genuinely enjoys talking to users.
Operates well solo.
Healthcare experience is a plus.
