About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own product-led growth at Clarity end-to-end: research, ideation, build, ship, and measure.
  • Own the surfaces that drive top-of-funnel acquisition without sales or marketing dependency.
  • Report to the Head of Product with a dotted line to the Head of GTM.
  • Focus on provider referrals and make Clarity undeniably useful to referring pediatricians.
  • Build self-serve product experiences for pediatricians and their staff.
  • Automate workflow to remove administrative burden from referring providers.
  • Establish clinical collaboration infrastructure for two-way data flow.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years shipping product end-to-end.
  • You're a strong engineer who has owned product decisions, or a product leader who writes their own code.
  • You design experiments to falsify your strongest assumption first, not to confirm what you already believe.
  • You can prototype in a weekend and harden for production the next week.
  • You pick a north star, defend it, and report against it honestly, including when it isn't moving.
  • Genuinely enjoys talking to users, especially pediatricians, their staff, and partner teams.
  • Operates well solo and sets the roadmap, writes the spec, and ships the code.
  • Healthcare experience is a plus; relevant experience includes Provider workflow tools, EMR/EHR integrations (FHIR/HL7), e-fax/clinical messaging, prior auth, or referral and care-coordination products.

Benefits

Comp & perks
  • Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
