Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and minimum of 7-10 years of progressive leadership in operations or provider management; at least 4 years in a management role overseeing teams of 10+ or multiple departments.
- Demonstrated success in meeting key business metrics, managing budgets, and implementing large-scale business processes.
- Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and execute long-term operational strategies that align with the company's overall business goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. You’ve seen a variety of tools and approaches, you’re used to running experiments, and you’re excited about the possibilities of AI-powered solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively report to the executive team, collaborate with department heads, and manage clinical stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Understanding of healthcare operations and provider experience best practices.
