Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in customer support, collections, or admin roles preferred
  • Experience with shared inbox or high-volume email handling is an advantage
  • NetSuite and Salesforce experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and process adherence
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency
