About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and implement new features in a React v19 / TypeScript codebase.
- Manage routes and server-side rendering using React Router v7.
- Build responsive and accessible UIs with Tailwind CSS and modular CSS.
- Integrate backend services via Axios (or similar), maintaining a clean API client layer.
- Define and maintain TypeScript interfaces/models for APIs and data contracts.
- Enforce code quality using ESLint, Prettier, lint-staged, and Husky.
- Write unit and integration tests using Jest and React Testing Library.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to transform requirements into polished interfaces.
- Troubleshoot bugs, optimize performance, and participate in code reviews.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of professional experience building web applications with React and TypeScript.
- Strong expertise with:
- React Hooks
- Context API
- Functional component patterns
- Experience configuring and customizing Tailwind CSS and PostCSS.
- Solid understanding of modern build tools like Vite and pnpm.
- Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous data flows.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and browser compatibility issues.
- Proficiency with Git and modern branching workflows.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- English proficiency at C1 level (written and verbal).
- Nice-to-Have
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, etc.).
- Familiarity with Docker and Docker Compose.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, including Helm, Kubernetes, or Nginx.
- Experience with AI-powered productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot.
- Familiarity with performance profiling and bundle optimization.
