About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a Strategic Partner to our UK Enterprise and Mid-Market Clients
- Drive expansion into new markets and industries by identifying opportunities for account growth
- Proactively identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain deep relationships with key stakeholders and the C-suite
- Provide personalized training and support to ensure clients maximize the platform’s potential
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in Customer Success with a focus on UK Enterprise Clients
- Strong work ethic and integrity, with executive project management skills
- Passion for mastering product functionality and experience with Salesforce
- Experience with UK Enterprise-level accounts or HR/ HRM/ Workforce management
