About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a Strategic Partner to our US Enterprise and Mid-Market Clients
  • Drive expansion into new markets and industries by identifying opportunities for account growth
  • Proactively identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with key stakeholders
  • Provide personalized training and support to ensure clients maximize the platform’s potential
  • Monitor client satisfaction and account health through data-driven analysis

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years in Customer Success with a focus on US Enterprise Clients
  • Strong work ethic and integrity with executive project management skills
  • Experience working with Salesforce and web-based technologies
  • Experience with US Enterprise-level accounts or background in HR/ HRM/ Workforce management is advantageous
