About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a Strategic Partner to our US Enterprise and Mid-Market Clients
- Drive expansion into new markets and industries by identifying opportunities for account growth
- Proactively identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain deep relationships with key stakeholders
- Provide personalized training and support to ensure clients maximize the platform’s potential
- Monitor client satisfaction and account health through data-driven analysis
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in Customer Success with a focus on US Enterprise Clients
- Strong work ethic and integrity with executive project management skills
- Experience working with Salesforce and web-based technologies
- Experience with US Enterprise-level accounts or background in HR/ HRM/ Workforce management is advantageous
