About the role
- Manage critical tasks related to location data curation, audits, and manual product support to ensure platform and external listing accuracy
- Execute projects related to location data according to provided guidelines
- Utilize the ticketing system to document and track project progress with timely communication to requestors
- Collaborate with internal teams and provide periodic reviews of network listings, highlighting discrepancies and updates
- Process high volumes of data efficiently with attention to detail and adherence to guidelines
- Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to provide a seamless and responsive support experience
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in data operations, quality assurance, data entry, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets
- Strong research and analytical skills, with ability to understand and apply processes to real situations
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proactive mindset; capable of managing multiple tasks and delivering results within tight deadlines
- Ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing industry
- Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets is a plus
- Proficiency in using ticketing systems and creating tracking tools in spreadsheets is a plus
- Ability to work night shift (role titled "Night shift")
