About the role

  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Uberall’s Social product area, covering social publishing, content management, engagement, analytics, and integrations with major social platforms.
  • Lead continuous discovery through customer interviews, usability testing, data analysis, and close collaboration with Product Design and Product Data.
  • Translate customer needs and business goals into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritized initiatives.
  • Design and evolve intuitive workflows that help users efficiently manage social content across many locations and channels.
  • Partner closely with engineering to plan, prioritize, and deliver high-quality features while balancing speed, scalability, and platform reliability.
  • Drive adoption and engagement by improving feature discoverability, usability, and perceived customer value within the product.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support to ensure strong launches, enablement, and customer adoption of new social features.
  • Define, track, and optimize key product and usage metrics related to social activity, engagement, and customer outcomes.
  • Stay on top of social platform trends, API changes, and best practices to ensure Uberall’s Social product remains competitive and future-proof.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders, providing transparency on priorities, progress, and tradeoffs.
  • Contribute to Uberall’s overall product culture by sharing learnings, improving processes, and raising the bar for product quality.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally within SaaS, marketing technology, or social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media ecosystems, content workflows, and how businesses use social channels to drive engagement and visibility.
  • Proven ability to lead discovery, break down complex problems, and ship customer-centric solutions.
  • Comfortable working with data to inform decisions and measure impact; experience with product analytics tools is a plus.
  • Experience collaborating closely with engineering and design in cross-functional product teams.
  • Ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals in a fast-moving environment.
  • Clear and structured communication skills; you can explain complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ownership mindset: proactive, accountable, and driven to deliver outcomes.
  • Curious about social trends, platform changes, and emerging opportunities in local and multi-location marketing.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
