About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will take a leading role in improving controllership processes, directly supporting Executive Directors, Boards and Mission Units with high-level strategic information.
- Advise senior management in preparing and presenting monthly results.
- Conduct monthly meetings with Mission Unit managers.
- Provide technical guidance and development to other analysts.
- Lead pricing studies for courses.
- Improve the budget management system.
- Serve as a reference for contract and grant management.
- Monitor and analyze variances by cost center, account and project.
- Develop dashboards and control tools.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics or Business Administration, with a completed postgraduate degree or MBA in a related field.
- Knowledge: Advanced budget planning
- Analysis of economic and financial indicators
- Preparation of budget assumptions
- Pricing studies
- Financial mathematics
- Development and analysis of dashboards and control tools
- Plus: knowledge of Power BI (differential).
